How you tell Nightmare Foxy is active.[]
Nightmare Foxy can be seen ducking around the corner of either hallway (Similar to Nightmare Bonnie and Nightmare Chica) before you need to worry about him. When you go back to normal view from Turning around or looking at one of the doors, and see the closet door quickly close. This means Nightmare Foxy has dashed into your room, and into the closet. Nightmare Foxy can appear immediatlly at the start of the first night. You can trigger him by holding the flashlight on the bed for about 25 seconds. The lights may or may not go out and the player gets jumpscared by Foxy PumpedJohn7 (talk) 23:33, August 18, 2015 (UTC)
Is exactly 15 seconds, and someone edited the page of Nightmare Foxy and put this, but said is only in the mobile version... is in the PC too. And Freddy's nose has nothing to do with that, is just keep the flashlight turn on for 15 seconds and Nightmare Foxy jumpscares you in any night (I tried this many times to make sure). Sorry if I write something wrong, I'm brazilian. Please, someone edits Nightmare Foxy and deletes the part about Freddy's nose. Esquikoko (talk) 01:34, August 20, 2015 (UTC)

So I heard that if you DARKEN Nightmare Foxy's teaser instead of brightening it, the number 87 appears in his right eye. I attempted to do it myself, but it didn't turn out well. Maybe someone else can give it a shot.
